Two Teens Arrested For Theft Of Pickup Truck

EL PASO — Two teens were arrested Wednesday for the theft of a Ford F250 pickup truck, El Paso police said.

A 2006 white Ford F250 pickup truck was reported stolen Tuesday from a Westside residence, police said. Police investigators said 17-year-olds Ismael Cano and Jesus Ivan Silva were observed Wednesday taking the vehicle from the 200 block of Redd Road.

Police recovered the vehicle and charged Cano and Silva with theft for over $20,000 and under $100,000. Both were booked into the El Paso County Jail on theft charges and bond set at $10,000.
