Moody Scores Apparent Upset Over Margo
EL PASO, Texas — It appears the big upset of the night could be Joe Moody, who was ahead of Dee Margo all night in the race for Texas House Representative, District 78.
With 41 percent of precincts reporting, Moody was ahead by over 3,000 votes.
