Energy Efficient Fan Design
MasterCool High Capacity Evaporative Fan Coolers use energy efficient fan blades to move the air. Our fan coolers move more air while using less horsepower than comparably sized blower wheel (squirrel cage) models. And since simply any fan blade won’t do, MasterCool adjusts the pitch of the blades for each specific model to ensure maximum air delivery.
Designed for Low Static Pressure Installations
MasterCool High Capacity Evaporative Fan Coolers were developed for applications where air from the cooler is being discharged directly into a space, making them ideal for factories, warehouses, agricultural buildings, and other installations with straight discharge plenums without ancillary duct work. For ducted applications with external static pressure exceeding 0.2″ water gauge, MasterCool recommends their line of blower wheel models.
Dual Inlet Modular Design
Unlike other fan coolers, MasterCool has designed these High Capacity Fan-Evaporative Coolers with separate wet and dry modules.
A separate wet module at each air inlet allows all water distribution components to be physically separated from the dry air handling module.
MasterCool High Efficiency Evaporative Media
MasterCool evaporative media is constructed of special cellulose material, impregnated with insoluble anti-rot salts and rigidifying saturants. The cross-fluted design continually directs the water to the air entering side, inducing a highly turbulent mixing of air and water for optimum heat transfer. MasterCool media outperforms aspen media both in evaporative efficiency and in life expectancy.
Complete Packaged System with Motor and Pump Pre-Wired
With a MasterCool High Capacity Evaporative Fan Cooler, you get a complete system, with factory installed motor and circulating pump that have all internal wiring complete. A separate GFCI receptacle offers a convenient and safe method of supplying power to the pump.
