Affidavit Details Allegations Against El Paso Club Owner
EL PASO, Texas — An affidavit obtained by the ABC-7 I-Team details the allegations against an El Paso club owner facing charges of conspiracy to distribute drugs. According to federal court documents, Javier Daniel Guerrero’s real name is Jesus Daniel Guerrero.
Guerrero allegedly hired a driver to transport drugs. He met the driver at truck stops and they concealed the drugs with wooden pallets, according to the affidavit.
The driver allegedly transported transported drugs from McAllen to Atlanta, where drugs were moved to a U-Haul. Georgia State Patrol agents attempted to stop it and the driver crashed the vehicle onto the side of the road and fled the area, leaving 1,227 lbs. of drugs on the road, according to the affidavit.
