Fort Bliss Soldier Under Investigation For Alleged Cruelty To Animals

FORT BLISS, Texas — A Fort Bliss soldier is being investigated after he allegedly committed cruelty to animals earlier this week, Fort Bliss officials said.

The Fort Bliss Directorate of Emergency Services began the investigation on Wednesday. No additional details were released.
