Judge Delays Bond Decision For Pharmacist Facing Federal Drug Charges
EL PASO, Texas — A judge has taken under advisement the decision to provide bond for Peter Victor Ayika, the El Paso pharmacist accused of illegally selling prescription drugs, U.S. Attorney spokeswoman Shauna Jones said.
Ayika will remain in custody until the judge decides.
