Crime Stoppers Crime Of The Week

Crime Stoppers of El Paso wants your help in finding two suspects who fired several gunshots at a man in front of his house last summer.

On Friday, July 11, 2008, around 10:00pm, the victim was sitting inside his car, a silver Chrysler 300, in the 4700 block of R.T. Cassidy in Northeast El Paso. He was getting ready to put a registration sticker on his windshield when two men walked up to the back of the car and fired several shots into it before running away.

The victim was not injured but his car and belongings inside it were damaged. The two men were last seen running south on Stonewall Street.

One of the two suspects is described as a bald Hispanic male around 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a thin build. No description is available on the other male suspect.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two men is asked to call Crime Stoppers of El Paso at 566-TIPS (8477). All tipsters will remain anonymous and if a tip leads to an arrest, that person may earn a cash reward of up to $1,000.
