Seven Men Indicted In Connection With Saucedo Murder

Seven men linked to the kidnapping and murder of a man in Horizon City last year were indicted this week.

According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, four of the men are charged with transporting a load of marijuana associated with the victim, Sergio Saucedo.

However, a DEA spokesman could not elaborate on what those ties were.

The other three men were charged with the kidnapping and murder of Saucedo, and face up to life in prison or the death penalty.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Raymond Mesa said they will be held without bond pending the outcome of a hearing Wednesday, March 24.
