Authorities Arrest Man Wanted In Connection With Drive-By Shooting

El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a man wanted in connection with a May drive-by shooting that happened in El Paso’s Upper Valley.

Authorities arrested 27-year-old Oscar Prieto, who reportedly fired a gun at at least one person during the shooting. Prieto remains jailed and is being charged with two counts of deadly conduct.
