Why Give to the Telethon?
Every Year the Humane Society takes in nearly 3,500 owner surrendered pets. They work very hard to find them loving homes.
Why is Your Donation so Vital?
The humane Society of El Paso is a non-profit organization. They receive no financial support from municipal, county, state or federal government agencies. They are able to do their work because of generous donations from individuals like you, local business support, grants and bequests. If it weren’t for you the HSEP would not exist.
Where does Your Donation Go?
The Humane Society of El Paso provides quality care and a safe, healthy temporary shelter for nearly 5,000 animals every year. They provide public education regarding responsible pet ownership and we administer vouchers for spay/neuter assistance. The HSEP offers low cost, humane methods of euthanasia for pet owners as well as individual cremation services. These are just a few of the many services that Humane Society of El Paso provides for the community and it is all made possible because of your pledge!
