The following activity occurred or was reported to state and local law enforcement agencies in conjunction with the UTEP vs. Arkansas – Pine Bluff football game on Saturday, Sept. 4, including tailgating. These are the incidents and offenses in which police reports were generated.

Incident or Offense- Public Intoxication Time Reported 9-4-10 / 2045 Time Occurred 9-4-10 / 2045 Location University @ Wiggins Description An officer on patrol observed a non-UTEP affiliated individual engaged in a verbal argument with his wife, a student. Incident or Offense- Class C Assault Time Reported 9-4-10 / 1930 Time Occurred 9-4-10 / 1930 Location Stadium Description A PSO responded to a disturbance behind the Arkansas- Pine Bluff team bench. A non-UTEP affiliated individual was escorted to the ejection room and made offensive contact with the PSO by pushing his game ticket in the PSO’s face. Case Number 10-0420 Case Status Arrest

Incident or Offense- Missing Person / Sexual Assault Time Reported 9-4-10 / 1900 Time Occurred Between 1900 on 9-4-10 and 0300 on 9-5-10 Location Stadium Description A non-UTEP affiliated individual (teenager) was reported missing by her relatives. She voluntarily arrived at another relative’s house at approximately 0300 on Sunday morning. She alleges that she was sexually assaulted by an unknown male, possibly in Parking Lot P-5.
