Man Convicted Of Intoxicated Manslaughter Learns Sentence
The man accused of killing his girlfriend’s sister in a drunken driving crash has been sentenced to 10 years probation.
An El Paso jury found Victor Soto guilty of intoxicated manslaughter on Thursday.
During the trial, prosecutors said Soto was drunk and speeding in 2008 when he crashed and killed his backseat passenger, Maria-Luisa Valenzuela.
