1 Killed, 1 Injured In Northeast El Paso

The El Paso Police Department has confirmed that a 30-year-old man was killed in a confrontation at 5300 Dyer Street early Saturday morning.

Another man was transported to an area hospital — his condition was not released.

More information will be released this afternoon.

Last year, El Paso had five homicides. In 2011 so far, El Paso has had six.
