Professor Kidnapped In Juarez, Back Home
Northern Arizona University confirmed one of its professors is safe and at home with family after being kidnapped in Juarez.
According to Channel 44 in Juarez, Veronica Perez Rodriguez went missing Friday.
According to media reports, the Chihuahua State prosecutor said Perez Rodriguez was visiting her mother in Juarez when she was abducted by armed men. No word if any conditions were met for her release.
According to her resume, posted online, Perez Rodriguez went to elementary, middle and high school in Juarez. She also lists two degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso.
