El Paso Police ID City’s 12th Homicide Victim
El Paso Police have identified the city’s 12th homicide victim of the year as 51-year-old Venus Driscoll. Driscoll lived in the area of 9500 N. Loop.
Her body was discovered in the area of 9500 block of N. Loop on March 15, 2011.
