JUNE 2009: Late June 2009, Officers from the Socorro Police Department were called to a residence in reference to a family disturbance in progress. Officers arrived on scene & met with a female Victim who told authorities she had just been violently assaulted by her boyfriend (at the time) identified FELIX ALBERTO CRUZ who fled the scene never to be seen or heard from again. Charges were filed & Law Enforcement has looked for CRUZ on numerous occasions.
Just recently, FELIX ALBERTO CRUZ has resurfaced & has begun to contact & torment the Victim threatening her about said case.
