1. NUMBER-ONE CAMPAIGN FOCUS: Return City Hall back to the people. It is imperative that constituents know that they have a voice and will be heard. Voters have the right to have their concerns heard and be assured that these concerns have merit and will be considered.
2. WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM YOUR OPPONENTS? The proven ability to function both as a leader and a team member concurrently while producing tangible and positive results.
3. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE THAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THE POSITION YOU SEEK: Twenty years of executive leadership experience, which includes strong policy making, team building, problem identification, problem resolution and sound decision making skills and abilities.
4. IF YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO REVOKE ONE ORDINANCE IN EL PASO IMMEDIATELY UPON TAKING OFFICE, WHICH ONE WOULD IT BE? I wold remove the plan to extend Redd Road from the MPO.
5. DESCRIBE A MOMENT THAT CHANGED YOUR LIFE: It occurred at the age of 7. At this point, I was made aware of the fact that I could empower myself with the ability to chart the course that my life would follow.
6. IN WHAT WAYS IS EL PASO ON THE RIGHT TRACK, AND IN WHAT WAYS DOES IT NEED TO CHANGE COURSE? El Paso has begun to realize that it has the human and natural resources to be a major force in molding and shaping the future of Texas. Primarily El Paso needs to dare to be different. It must create and cultivate its own image and course of growth and success.
7. IF ELECTED, HOW WILL YOU BALANCE THE NEEDS OF FAMILY, YOUR CAREER AND YOUR OFFICE? I am retired, thus I can devote my total attention to my office and my constituents.

9. WHEN AND WHY DID YOU COME TO EL PASO? I came to El Paso in 1994. I came so that I would have immediate access to medical resources.
