Much Of U.S. Central, South Plains Having Drought Conditions; View Map

Monday, El Paso tied the all-time record of consecutive days without precipitation – including a trace – at 109 days.

With no rain in the forecast in the immediate future, the record will be shattered.

A large portion of the U.S. is experiencing drought conditions, particularly the Central and South plains.
