Police: 2 Men Break Into Apartment, Pull Guns On Witnesses

Two men broke into a West Side apartment and then pulled a gun on two people who confronted them as they fled early Sunday, police said.

Andrew Joseph Roche and David Adam Henderson, both 26, entered a unit at the West Town Apartments, 734 S. Mesa Hills, when they were confronted by the residents and fled, police said.

Outside the apartment, two witnesses confronted the men after hearing screams coming from the apartment. That is when Roche and Henderson pulled a gun on the witnesses and then ran to another apartment nearby, police said.

Roche, who lives in the same apartment complex, and Henderson, whose address is listed as Bldg. 20245 at Fort Bliss, were both arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Both were booked into the El Paso County Jail with their bond set at $20,750 each.
