Investigators Search For People Whose Home Caught Fire

Fire investigators are looking for the people who live in a duplex that caught fire Sunday afternoon.

El Paso Fire Department officials said the fire was tricky to put out because it was in an older part of the cross space of the building. They said they had to get through two roofs to reach the flames about 12:30 Sunday on the 3100 block of Douglas.

Officials said no one was inside the duplex at the time of the fire and they’re looking for the residents of the home.

Investigators estimated there was about $5000 worth of damage.
