Supporters, detractors speak about proposed ballpark at City Council

With El Paso’s City Council up to bat in the debate for a proposed baseball stadium, the community had its chance to speak their mind.

“This is like paying for bread, milk and medicine with a credit card,” one person said during comment on the agenda item.

City representatives Eddie Holguin and Carl Robinson also spoke out against the ballpark.
