House fire under investigation in Northeast El Paso

A house caught on fire in Northeast El Paso early Thursday morning, leaving a man and his dog homeless.

The fire happened shortly after 4 a.m. on the 10700 block of White Sands. According to emergency radio transmissions, the fire had multiple points of origin. Investigators were called to the scene to see if the fire may have been the work of an arsonist.
