2 people bitten by dogs in Central El Paso, boy recovering at hospital
A man and a 3-year-old boy were injured in a mauling by a dog Thursday afternoon on the 1400 block of Chelsea in Central El Paso.
The boy, with serious injuries, had cuts to his head and ear and is now recovering at University Medical Center.
The man’s injuries were not as serious.
