El Paso woman struck by SUV dies in hospital
An El Paso woman who was struck by an SUV during an argument Tuesday afternoon has died.
Police said 18-year-old Alma Reaux was on the street arguing with someone inside the SUV when the driver took off, striking her. It happened just before 1 p.m. in front of her home in the 200 block of California Avenue in Central El Paso. The SUV was described as being either gold or maroon-colored.
Reaux was taken to University Medical Center where she died later that evening.
