City reps to have town hall meetings regarding Downtown ballpark
El Paso City Representatives Steve Ortega, Dr. Michiel Noe, Cortney Niland, and Susie Byrd will host three community meetings from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 to give the public what the representatives call “correct information” on the Downtown ballpark project.
The meeting locations and hosts:
Mission Valley Regional Command – 9011 Escobar Dr. (Ortega & Noe)
Westside Regional Command – 4801 Osborne Dr. (Niland)
Nolan Richardson Rec. Center – 4435 Maxwell Ave. (Byrd)
City Rep. Eddie Holguin, who voted against building the Downtown ballpark, will have his own town hall meeting from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 at Cleveland Square Park, 510 N. Santa Fe.
