Annette Fuschini sentenced to maximum 3-and-a-half years in prison in fiancee’s deathdeath

Annette Fuschini has been sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison.

She was convicted last week of running over and killing her fiancee, Carlos Nevarez.

The jury gave her 18 months for the felony conviction of involuntary manslaughter, a year for aggravated DWI, and another year because she had previous felony convictions.

Nevarez reportedly jumped out of the truck Fuschini was driving after they got into a fight.

His family was disappointed Fuschini was not convicted of murder.
