County Commissioner Precinct 2: Incumbent Sergio Lewis, challenger David Stout headed for runoff

El Paso County Commissioner Precinct 2 race is headed for a runoff.

Incumbent Sergio Lewis has 3,260 votes or 44 percent of the vote; David Stout has 2,592 votes or 35 percent of the vote; and Jorge Artalejo 1,541 votes and 21 percent of the vote.

If a candidate does not get 50 percent of the vote plus one vote, the race will go to a runoff between the top two vote getters in the race.
