Take a look inside renovated Mulligan Building in Downtown El Paso

In*Situ Architecture is nearing completion on the rehabilitation of the Mulligan Building in Downtown El Paso.

Formerly known as the Luther Building, the five-story building will provide new office space for City of El Paso departments, including IT and engineering.

The building was originally built in 1915 and is located on Campbell Street, just across the street from the new City Hall.

An official move-in date has not been announced. Estimated construction cost is $11,512,000 with a design cost of $600,000.
