EPISD: 2 high school students arrested for allegedly making threats at their school

El Paso Independent School District Police arrested two high school students for allegedly making threats to the safety of a high school campus, according to district officials.

In a statement, district officials said “Our schools and EPISD Police Services always take any type of threat to the safety of students very seriously. The District will not tolerate this type of behavior. Any student caught making any type of threat that undermines the safety of others will be disciplined according to the Student Code of Conduct and face criminal charges.”

Should any student or parent hear of any potential threat to the safety of their campus,they are asked to contact administrator or EPISD immediately. The phone number to EPISD Police Services dispatch is 230-2525.
