Indie band Beach House reveal Borderland video details as El Paso concert tickets go on sale
Popular indie band Beach House have revealed that a locally filmed video is expected to be finished by mid-January.
The short film is called “Forever Still.” View photos from the shoot here.
“We performed/recorded four songs from Bloom outdoors, in various locations that are special for us around El Paso and Tornillo, Texas,” the band wrote on their official website. The film follows the passing of one night, starting at sunset and ending at dawn.”
Beach House recorded the critically-acclaimed “Bloom” at Sonic Ranch studios in Tornillo in 2011.
The band will have a busy 2013 that will include continuing their world tour. They will perform at El Paso’s Tricky Falls on April 8 and at the Crowley Theater in Marfa, Texas on April 21.
The Marfa show sold out online in less than an hour on Dec. 14 with a few tickets still available at the Ballroom Marfa gallery and some standing-room-only tickets to be sold on the day of the show.
