Wanted felon caught in Socorro

A wanted felon was caught by City of Socorro Police after a search was conducted.

According to police, officers had been searching for David Quiroz and tracked him down on Friday.

The 27-year-old was wanted on 4 warrants. He was located at his Socorro home on the 10400 block of Monte Video.

Quiroz surrendered to officers without any struggle, and was taken into custody.

He was taken in for aggravated robbery, and three counts of theft of property. The bonds were set at $75,000, $5,000, $5,000 and $5,000, respectively.
