2012 story: El Paso Police arrest 21 drivers in 28 hours for alcohol-related driving offenses

The El Paso Police Department has arrested and charged 21 people for DWI-related offenses during since midnight Wednesday.

Eleven of these DWI cases occurred on Dec. 26 and 10 between midnight and 3:48 a.m. on Thursday.

DWI 1st Offense – 11 cases
DWI 2nd Offense – 2 case DWI BAC > = .15 – 8 cases

The El Paso Police Department’s DWI Task Force and Regional Command Centers Traffic units work every day to keep El Paso roads safe and free of drunk drivers.
