Parents of boy that was found at a local park come forward
El Paso Police say the parents of the boy that was found in a south-central park came forward Saturday.
Police found the three-year-old boy at Washington Park Friday. He was spotted by people passing by.
The boy is being kept with Child Protective Services while the investigation continues. The parents have not been charged with any crime.
