74-year-old allegedly stabbed his wife to death, according to affidavit
ABC-7 has obtained the affidavit on the 74-year-old man El Paso Police charged with murder in his wife’s death.
The document states Isaac Duarte stabbed his wife, Maria Duarte, in the back and chest multiple times.
He then turned the knife on himself, saying that he too would die.
When police showed up at their home on the 300 block of Pasodale, Maria was found dead on the floor.
Isaac has been booked into the El Paso County Jail with bond set at $200,000.
