FirstLight FCU services being restored after scheduled maintenance

The following information is from FirstLight Federal Credit Union regarding a weekend outage.

UPDATE Sept. 16 : The limit for debit cards has been increased to $500 at an ATM and $500 on PIN based transactions. You can also use your debit card as a credit transaction, and funds availability will be based on the balance from Monday, 9/15 at 10 pm. Systems have been gradually restored and we are working around the clock to expedite the system upgrade. Thank you so much for your patience as we value your membership.

UPDATE 11:35 am Sept. 15: Progress has been made in bringing our systems back up, however, systems will be available intermittently throughout the day. We will continue to inform you on any important updates.

UPDATE: Systems are gradually coming back up from our scheduled maintenance for our core conversion. The following services are now available to you:

Deposits, withdrawals, and payments can be done at our branches and drive-thrus.
Debit Cards:
ATM and PIN Based – You can use up to $200 in a combination of ATM and PIN based transactions. For example if you make a purchase of $30 using your PIN at a store, you will have $170 cash available to withdraw from an ATM.
You can use any Co-Op network ATM free of charge, subject to the $200 limit combination previously mentioned.
You can use your debit card as a credit transaction. Your availability will be based on your balance from Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 10:00 p.m.
Online Banking, except Bill Pay
Mobile Banking
Call center is available to take your calls at 1-800-351-1670.

We will notify you when all systems are back up to normal. Thank you again for your patience during this core conversion process.
