Police seek help finding driver in fatal hit-and-run

El Paso Police are still looking for the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run last week in the Lower Valley.

It happened Friday night on the 7300 block of North Loop.

Police say a man was crossing North Loop when he was hit.

He died at the scene.

Police say the vehicle is described only as a black car.
