Convention center parking garage to remain open on Sunday during City Hall demolition

The El Paso Convention Center parking garage will remain open and operational Sunday morning throughout the demolition of City Hall. Due to downtown street closures, vehicles and pedestrians may access the parking garage via San Antonio Avenue only, which will not be effected by downtown street closures. The Santa Fe Street entry/exit will remain closed Sunday morning until the street reopens.

It is recommended that guests access downtown via Paisano Drive and head east on San Antonio Avenue to the Convention Center parking garage. Guests will have pedestrian access by exiting the garage to San Antonio but pedestrian access to Santa Fe Street or to the Convention Center Plaza level of the garage will be strictly prohibited during the demolition and related street closures downtown.
