Pair allegedly steal $100 worth of underwear, sunglasses from Dollar General store

Crime Stoppers is asking the community’s help in locating two people who allegedly stole about $100 worth of underwear and multiple sunglasses from a Dollar General store.

The alleged theft took place just after 9:30 a.m. June 7 at the Dollar General store at 8500 Dyer when the man and woman began to put various items into a basket.

While the store employee was attending to customers, the male suspect ran out of the store with the basket full of items and entered a white four door car with New Mexico license plates being driven by the female suspect.

Investigators have learned that the suspects in this case may have been involved in other similar thefts in other parts of the city.
