“The Bridge” is set in El Paso on the U.S.-Mexico border and involves a police detective from each side of the border investigating a body found on an international bridge. Watch the full first episode at
The show’s pilot was filmed in El Paso with the network ordering 13 episodes of the series which stars Diane Kruger and Demian Bichir.
The TV show is based on the Danish/Swedish series “Bron,” which was set on the border of Denmark and Sweden.
