Local boxer Abie Han gets tryout with Adidas
Local boxer Abie Han already had enough on his mind entering his July 12th fight with Glen Tapia on ESPN2 Friday, July 12th. Both fighters are undefeated entering this bout (Han 19-0, Tapia 18-0).
Now, when Han steps in to the ring Friday he will be wearing black and white Adidas shoes. A local Adidas talent scout is giving Han a chance to shine in their company’s product for his big fight. If Han wins or receives a big reaction from boxing fans it could lead to a potential sponsorship deal with Adidas.
