Broadway in El Paso 2014-2015 season announced
You don’t have to travel far to catch award-winning Broadway hits.
Broadway is coming to El Paso for another season and ‘El Paso Live’ gave ABC-7 an exclusive first look at the six shows that will make up the 2014-2015 season.
Some of the award-winning shows are returning to El Paso, other hitting the stage for the first time.
‘Blue Man Group’, ‘Flashdance’, ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ‘Chicago’, ‘Guys and Dolls’ and ‘Wicked’ will all have shows at the Plaza Theatre.
The last time ‘Wicked’ came to town, it sold out all its shows.
El Paso Live teamed up with Jam Theatricals to bring quality shows to the city.
“There’s a lot of contracts involved and a lot of negotiations. We figure out where these shows are going and where they’re routed,” said Christina Oswald, marketing manager of El Paso Live.
Oswald said people have a chance to buy a season subscription to attend all shows. Four and five-show subscriptions will also be available.
“If you have a group of people coming, you can purchase group tickets now,” said Oswald.
Individual tickets for certain shows will go on sale later this fall.
“Now is the time to get your subscriptions so you can enjoy all these wonderful shows,” said Oswald.

– Flashdance: The Musical, November 1
– Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, December 9
– Chicago The Musical, January 13-14, 2015
– Guys and Dolls, February 11, 2015
-Wicked, May 20-31, 2015
