Day 4: Hydration!!!

A Gallon of Water Became My Sidekick Today.

That’s right.

My body has now demanded water like a relative asking you for money after you win the lottery.

I get thirsty during my workout, throughout the day and need to drink up until I go to sleep.

This does come at a cost of a lot of trips to the bathroom.

I do think that water has helped curb my hunger and helped me keep on track.

I went online and discovered most adults don’t drink enough water and that some people eat in the absence of water.

Crazy to think that if we just drank we would be less hungry but that’s also relative to your activity level, age, gender and environment.

Either way I have adopted my new sidekick as a passenger on this 12-week journey and have gone out and bought a container just so I have no excuse to drink water.

4 Quarts (32 ounces each quart) 8 Pints (16 ounces each pint) 16 Cups (8 ounces each cup) 128 Ounces 3.8 Liters
