Two-vehicle crash kills 1, injures another

A fatal two-vehicle crash is being investigated near North Loop and Excelsior.

The crash happened at around 4:30 Sunday afternoon in the Lower Valley. ABC-7 has confirmed one teen boy is dead, one is in critical conditions

Streets in the area are being closed off this hour.
