Woman rescued following collision on Transmountain Road
A woman was rescued following an accident on Transmountain road Saturday night into early Sunday morning.
More than 25 firefighters went to the site of the crash, officials said.
According to officials, thewoman’svehicle rolled down a steep mountainside.
The woman wasunconsciouswhen inside her vehicles when a search team rescued her, fire officials said.
Sunday morning a 911 operator told ABC-7 the woman was seriously injured.
The woman is receiving treatment at a local hospital. Her identity or the cause of the collision has not been revealed.
