23-year-old alleged flasher at park has been arrested
A 23-year-old man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman at a park in August has been arrested.
Paul Hubbard, 23, of El Paso was arrested on Wednesday and charged with Indecent Exposure.
On Aug. 29, a 52-year-old woman was walking along the Burges Median Park on Edgemere when a man approached her and began to talk to her.
The woman tried to end the conversation when the man allegedly grabbed her by the arm and then pulled down his shorts and exposed his genitals to her.
The woman got away and called police.
Police say a tip to them helped in identifying the man as Hubbard.
