SUV crash leaves Upper Valley residents without power
Residents in El Paso’s Upper Valley were without power early Saturday morning.
ABC-7 viewers reported that an SUV crashed in to a power pole. They tell us this is not the first time this happened.
El Paso Electric’s outage map showed that nearly 4,500 customers were affected.
