to figure out what lead to the death of a woman in central el paso. the investigation is underway on the 37- hundred block of la luz. that’s where a relative found the woman’s body. it was on the driveway of a home — around four o’clock this morning. we go now to reporter jerry najera live… open … with the story developing now … ashlie like you said this suspicious death is still under investigation but here’s what we do know .. officers were called out to the 37-hundred block of la luz at about 3-50 this morning. a family member discovered the body of the 33-year-old woman on the driveway. police are considering this a suspicious death and the cause of death has not been determined. the crimes against persons unit tells us they are continuing their investigation and they are interviewing family members of the woman. neighbors tell us they do remember hearing gunshots late monday night. “everything was so silent w thought it was firecrackers they are always doing that around here” and of course we will be following this story. you can look for upto the minute updates on facebook and kvia.com and in our later newscasts. thanks jerry. it’s been a little more than 24-hours since a man
