El Paso Children’s Hospital wants to hire different investment banker

El Paso Children’s Hospital last week withdrew its request to employ an investment banker and financial advisor.

The reason the request was withdrawn is because the hospital filed a request for a new investment banker and financial advisor — PricewaterhouseCoopers at $150,000 for two months.

A hearing will be held on this request at 11 a.m. Oct. 13 at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in El Paso.
