Where to get sandbags in El Paso this fall
El Paso Water Utilities (EPWU) is offering sandbags for flood control purposes.
The sandbags, limited to 10 sanbags per visit, may be picked up at the Stormwater Operations Center, 4801 Fred Wilson.
EPWU customers can get sandbags from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Stormwater Operations Center.
People who have difficulty lifting heavy items are encouraged to come with someone who can assist with loading and unloading the bags.
