A high-tech Halloween app

Halloween night is full of tricks and treats around almost every corner.

It’s a night that can be scary for kids, and even more so for their parents.

Thankfully for mom and dad, there’s an app to that. It’s called Life360.

According to Life360 Co-Founder and President, the app allows parents to, “see where all their family members are, and they can coordinate and communicate throughout the day.”

Life360 and other apps like it, lets you create private chat groups , chat and keep tabs on whoever is in it. Parents can also set boundary limits! So when your little ghoul or goblin steps out of the boundary limit, you’re notified immediately.

The app provides families that piece of mind and let’s them enjoy life without worrying too much.

Other apps are also offered for parents to make sure the neighborhood their child is trick-or-treating in is not around a registered sex offender.

While some parents like the idea of being able to track their children on a mobile device, others rather keep track of them the old fashioned way by trick-or-treating alongside their children.

Mobile tracking devices are sort of a compromise for parents and their independent teens.
